In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, and in order to inform all individuals whose personal data is contained in our databases, and considering the impossibility of requesting authorization individually, C.I. The collection of data by C.I. Banasan S.A.S. is limited to personal data that is relevant and appropriate for the purpose for which it is collected or required in accordance with current regulations, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

C.I. Banasan S.A.S. limits its processing of sensitive data to what is strictly necessary, requesting prior and express consent from the data subjects (legal representatives, agents, successors), and informing them of the purpose of the processing and the means of data collection.

  1. Inquiries can be made by email, telephone, or in person to the Customer Service Department of C.I. Banasan S.A.S., which will immediately forward them to the Compliance Officer for processing.
  2. Inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt. If it is not possible to address the inquiry within this timeframe, the interested party will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which the inquiry will be addressed, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the initial ten-day period.
